Turns out old muscle mags were our most constant companions in our youth. Tomorrow's Man, Physique Pictorial, Strength and Health, Iron Man, Muscle and Fitness, Flex, Muscle Mag International - they all gave us hours of fantasy. And their modern counterparts still do.
